Mine is using to many fruits to veggies mix, I’m a quadruple bypass survivor and type 2 diabetic, and finding the right mixture of fruit and veggies is a challenge, also my sweet tooth doesn’t help with my fruit selection 🙂

My biggest challenge with eating raw food is having a variety of choices prepped and at the ready without having to spend a lot of prep time. Secondarily, getting my husband on-board is a challenge, which means either compromising what I would prefer to eat or making two completely separate meals, which regularly means that I end up not eating as much raw food as I would like. But I’m still working on the both of us! 🙂

I work 12-hour shifts as a nurse in the pediatric intensive care unit of a busy teaching hospital, plus I’m a doctoral student and adjunct faculty at a local university. Time is my biggest issue! I have gained the skills and confidence to go raw for nearly 50% of my diet (I’m also vegan), now I need the convenience to continue the practice away from home! This Nutri-Bullet would help immensely!

My biggest challenge is finding was to prepare raw food meals on the fly. I work away from home and find myself struggling to eat raw while on the road or at work. I tried putting together raw foods in my ancient blender but they just don’t seem to hold their consistency or stay fresh tasting and I find myself either forcing down something that tastes bad or throwing it away wasting food.

My biggest challenge is variety. I’m not entirely sure how to break up the menu to make it appealing to my entire family. I will say, however that I am always open to ideas and really enjoy all your recipes and more importantly, your commitment to health and vitality. Thanks Susan!

My biggest challenge is getting the food prepped before it goes bad in my fridge! With 2 little boys, work and homeschooling, prepping food is the last thing I feel like doing, but it just has to be done.

My biggest challenge is ‘staying’ raw!… I get on the wagon, go gung-ho and then slide off the wagon back to about 70% raw… then back on the wagon and stay at about 90% which is where I want to stay… but then I slide off the wagon again!… I just want to ‘stay’ raw!

I’m so grateful to find processed sweet things a breeze to go without, due to the so many raw sweets that can be made. What I’ve recently started having trouble resisting though, is nice fresh Helgas pumpkin seed bread that I use for making my husbands sandwiches 🙁

I need to eat raw everyday and every meal. My body suffers from inflammation , aches and pains to the point of not being able to move. I started transitioning to raw in December and there have been many learning curves. I think my most challenging thing being raw is to understand that in order to keep this lifestyle I must always be one step a head when it comes to planning meals. Its just to easy to reach for the wrong foods and that could mean big trouble for me. I always take some fruit with me when I leave the house as well. You never know when you might get hungry when your out and about. Thank you for all of the truly inspirational recipes, this has definately made the challenge less daunting and is helping me to be successful with this lifestyle 🙂
