Would love to win this. Trying to incorporate more and more raw foods into our diet but still new to it

My biggest challenge is that I crave crunchy savory snacks and I don’t have good luck with the dehydrator. When I try to use it, everything takes at least twice as long as the recipe says. Kale chips in the store are pretty expensive.

I want to create a tasty satisfying dish, that is healthy and full of nutrition, I want to change my lifestyle by eating right! If I can learn how to create these dishes, I will start immediately. That is my biggest challenge

I would love the opportunity to really get healthy! Just had surgery in Feb., ovarian cancer, and my Dr suggested going raw!! Go figure, have been trying really hard to eat raw,, The Bullet would literally be a lifesaver for me! xoxo

I love the idea of raw foods, but the reality of trying to maintain that in an area that can have pretty cold seasons is daunting, as my tendency during those seasons is to want warm comfort foods that are the antithesis of raw. So, learning to navigate my body’s (and my mind’s) desires for warmth while remaining a raw foodist will be my journey over the next 6-9 months.

The biggest challenge for me is prep time, however, as I collect more prep equipment, will make a big difference. I don’t have one but used to prepare meals for someone who did have one. They are great.

Finding the time to buy fresh produce! I’m a working mom with two under two … I usually buy my pantry staples online since there’s never enough time to go to the grocery store, so regularly buying fresh fruits and veggies is a challenge.

My husband and I are doing a very high, nearly 100% raw diet. The challenge we are having with raw foods is that my husband is a truck driver and it is difficult for him to get enough raw foods in without the use of our home blender (that he has the benefits of when he is home) so he bought an inverter to use a personal blender that happened to break after the first week. He is determined to do raw foods in the truck but really needs a blender to make things quick and easy.
