My biggest challenge is eating healthy while traveling, especially getting my nutrient-dense, fresh green smoothies in the mornings when remote. I travel for business and travel to wellness workshops and I feel deprived without a smoothie. The pre-made smoothies sold at health food stores do not taste the same nor are they fresh and all natural.

My biggest obstacle with going raw is time. I work full time and have two kids under four. I become really excited about recipes, but then the sprouting takes a long time, or the ingredients are hard to source. I’ll end up driving to three stores after work just to find a specific org ingredient. It’s exhausting, and I haven’t even started chopping yet! But it’s what I crave.

I am new to raw so variety is the hardest thing for me.

My mom was just diagnosed with breast cancer…she is so positive and is really wanting to begin a healthier lifestyle and take care of herself 🙂 this would be an excellent tool for her!

Traveling is a large issue for me — I don’t travel and lot, but when I do it is hard. Food prep is time consuming at times, since I am also the main food prep for me son also. But, I keep plugging along. thanks for the giveaway.

My biggest challenge with raw food is getting my husband to eat it! I would love to be 100% raw, he would not. So I have to compromise what I make for meals sometimes so that he eats something to him that is really healthy, and to me it is decently healthy. And I have yet to nail a fantastic raw cracker recipe. Mine never turn out so good, even with my Excalibur.

My biggest challenge is, to get my husband on my side. I love raw food and especially green smoothies, but I have to cook separate for my family. My kids are more drawn to dad’s food than my healthy good tasting food. So I would love to know the Secret, how to get my husband into that.

I love the raw food lifestyle but it is very challenging for me to keep my two teens and a husband interested and motivated with all the other unhealthy influences that fiends and other family members outside bring to the raw life. Any ideas?

As a new raw foodie, but long term clean eater, I struggle the most with balancing nutritional needs, caloric considerations and variety with my meals! I don’t want high fat, calorie dense food all the time. Most raw food recipes do not provide nutritional information, and that is difficult! Preparation is key, and anything that makes my life easier is appreciated x
