My biggest challenge is that I am a fitness fanatic. I require a lot of protein and calories to keep myself healthy. I absolutely love this website, the recipes are amazing and on my downtime I use a dehydrator and eat raw but majority of the time I tweak the recipes to suit my lifestyle… which includes eating lean chicken, buffalo and fish. One day I will eat 100% vegan, but not at this point in my life.

My challenge is taking the time to do some research and experimenting.

My biggest challenge is breakfast. I used to love to eat waffles and big egg scrambles. Now, that I am vegan and eat mostly raw i end up skipping breakfast. I have tried numerous raw breakfast recipes but only found a few that i like. I recently bought a dehydrator, so i hope that will help me a lot!

The biggest challenge for me is a variety and prep time with soaking, dehydrating ect. I LOVE blending though! it is quick and easy.

My biggest challenge with raw food is planning ahead for my low carbohydrate, moderate fat raw lifestyle. Having a portable sturdy blender for green juice (no fruit except for lemon/lime) would reduce my stress level tremendously when I travel.

My biggest challenge is getting enough to eat. I have to add nuts and seeds to every meal in order to get enough calories. I don’t find raw nuts and seeds very appetizing.

My biggest challenge is the planning. If I don’t have a plan for mealtime, it’s much easier to reach for the processed and/or cooked alternatives or to simply go out to eat.

Eating raw when I travel is by far the most challenging thing ever! Finding a store, preparing. I usually eat junk and get sick or just eat dates and lettuce 🙁 I’m open to improving on this terrible design!
