Getting in the a grove and staying there….I was eating about 70% raw thanks in part to all the receipts on this site so generously shared. Then I had a major shift in my life that required a great deal of my time, and time to do all the prep was scarce, and I went back to eating more processed food as it was available and fast. What I learned was, for me it is about a commitment to make my health a priority whatever is going on. I felt the difference and am now getting back to a healthy eating regime and exercising also. Tools like the nutri-bullet, that are fast and easy are a big help with staying on track when time is in short supply, thanks for sharing your experience with the product.

My biggest challenge is I still like cooked foods. Especially when traveling, and, when its cold.

It is important for many, as well as myself, to have raw, nutritious food easy to prepare. The enzymes that juices give our bodies are so valuable that without them our bodies cannot function optimally. Juicing is the best way to get those enzymes without our digestive system having to work hard to get them. For people, like me, that have digestive problems, juicing is vital!

i have only recently switched to being raw (a few months ago) and everything seems to be a hurdle…especially since my roommate does not eat anything remotely raw.

My greatest challenge is that I have no one to inspire my raw expressions. I also have limited access to organic nuts where I now live. That would be the primary challenge. The secondary is having my nuts and seeds soaked and dehydrated, so prepping some things in order to have child friendly and child timely meals and snacks.

My biggest challenge with raw food is I don’t have much support. I participated in a 4 week program to get started being Raw and I loved it. The classes ended and I’m stuck. I’ve been trying to read as much as possible and I’m raw 2 out of 3 meals a day. I LOVE dessert which is how I found this wonderful website. I hope I win the Nutri Bullet so I can make some great recipes and stay committed to this lifestyle.

My biggest problem is getting the rest of the family motivated and on board! I love them but they’re no good with change 🙂

I love eating raw! The biggest challenge for me is planning ahead for the soaking and dehydrating time required for many recipes.
