Biggest challenge, getting out of the groove. Travel or sickness or a busy schedule will get me off kilter and getting back into takes thought and foresight.

I agree with many of the comments about time for drying — plus I don’t have a dehydrator. I pretty much only make foods that can be chopped or blended. I also like warm food. I still try to have a number of raw foods every week and trying to have green smoothies many times a week.

My biggest challenge at this point is that I don’t have all the tools I need. I eat a lot of raw, but there are many recipies that I just can’t make because I don’t have a dehydrator. Fortunately I live in LA which has many restaurants and grocery stores that cater to raw foodists, but they tend to be very expensive.

My biggest challenge is finding the time to prepare the food and finding foods that travel well with me to work.

My biggest challenge with raw food is re-educating way too many years of food prep to this wonderful eating path. “What’s for dinner?” is ever the question. Re-learning food ideas makes this hard to answer. That question is quickly followed by “Hmmmm, do I have everything? Did I remember to soak everything that needs soaking?” About 60% of the time, I have it together. Can’t wait to be on top of it more. (Oh, and my current Magic Bullet makes funny noises as it whirls, a new one will be great!)

I was 98% raw for over a year and menaupause symptoms were totally under control. I”m so so frustrated with myself, bottom line my self-control has left me and i struggle every day. I start and by mid afternoon or early evening i’m …well. Fast and easy nutri-bullet would make it so easy to take to the office!!

The greatest challenge at our house to eating raw is making enough or running out of time to make enough! Seemed every time I make some, there is someone who likes it and drinks it before I can get enough to drink for myself. It is a challenge but it feels great when I get enough! It is worth it! I would rather our kids were drinking my green drinks though even if it means I am going to get less then I wanted!

I am a college student who’s going away in a couple of months, I thrive on a 60:40 raw vegan diet mainly because I can cook at home. I love to experiment and create all these new flavors but I’m afraid that starting this new school year I won’t be able to cook as often and the last thing I want is to eat out frequently. Having the Nutri Bullet with me would make it so much easier for me and my new schedule not to mention my health (which is the reason I turned vegan) I could just put it all in there and take it
with me and just eat as I’m walking to my class.

As a wife and a mother of 5, I find difficult not to eat the cooked food we have on the table for the members of the family who dont eat raw. But I really try to eat at least 80 %raw! Thanks for inspiring us!
