I’m so new to this, that I find it somewhat overwhelming…especially if I’m hungry, and I just want food NOW!! I’m sure with time I will have learned to plan ahead better, but the helpful web pages make it so much easier than trying to do it alone.

I have just started this new lifestyle of eating. I feel the biggest challenge is being a diabetic with addison’s disease. I feel that eating more raw foods may get me off some serious medications, which are destroying my body. Also get me to a healthier body and mind. I want to thank you for all your help in my challenge for a healthier life.

My biggest challenge? I work in food and beverage, yet never seem to have time or access to the right equipment during work for my own food and beverage. Also, my work schedule is sporadic, so, anything I can pack up and have ready to go at a moment’s notice is my best friend. I had a magic bullet system for FIVE years and it finally died about a month ago. Man do I miss it!

My biggest challenge is buying all the equipment. The good stuff is all very expensive.

My biggest challenges with raw foods have been digestive ones. I feel absolutely great for the first month, then start to get really bloated, gas-y and crampy, even with a good probiotic on board. For me, a balance of cooked and raw foods eating is what works best for the long term. Thanks for your beautiful work, Susan!

My biggest challenge is actually eating all of the produce I buy. It’s only me so sometimes I don’t get to use it up before it begins to go bad.

Biggest challenge is to get through the day eating healthy. I always start out well, but then I loose focus on eating what I really want (lot`s of raw and healthy food). With a new blender (the one I have really sucks, so I many times avoid using it even though I wanted to blend some food) I truly believe and hope it will get a little bit easier to stick to the diet that I really want.

My biggest issues with changing my diet from mostly prepackaged foods and going raw has been the money factor, learning how to prepare foods without some kitchen tools (eg. processor, dehydrator), and finding raw organic sea vegetables. I am a full-time university student and money is really tight. I’m learning how to budget for regular trips to the market so that I have fresh fruits and vegetables instead of a huge shopping trip of processed foods. This weekend I am trying a few new things such as dragon fruit, papaya, and star fruit.

I think the biggest challenge for me is living up to the very high standards some of the gourmet raw restaurants have set for me
