Biggest challenge to continue to eat raw is time. I must block off at least 2 hours to prepare meals/juices etc.
Having my vitamix helps, but this wee one NutriBullet would speed up the process. I am a RN working full time & have decided to go back to school to get my Masters in Nursing. Time is precious to me! Thank you Susan, I LOVE your site & your unbelievable recipes. Keep it coming.

I have been eating raw for quite a while now. My biggest challenge is the food preparation… Getting ideas on what to cook that everyone in my family will love. Thank you so much for your blog!!

My biggest challenge of eating raw is not having all the equipment that helps with variety. I don’t own a blender as yet and winning this would help ease the boredom and would help to add variety. I could switch things up by making green drinks and small batches of creamy nut dips or pâtés. I would love to have this appliance so I could take it to work to be able to have a fresh green smoothie there and perhaps help others eat more raw by being able to taste first hand at how good raw can be. Thank you being so kind at offering such a handy appliance.

My biggest challenge is probably time. I have three small kids and finding time to get time to really focus in the kitchen is hard. It is also challenging to have all the ingredients on hand. Running to the store isn’t so simple anymore.

    Hi
My biggest challenge is finding enough easy raw recipes that are filling without having to spend a fortune.

Socially, eating out with friends and family or at their homes.

Keeping it interesting enough for the kids 🙂 I can eat the same thing over for a week but the kiddies get bored with it, its a positive though because it pushes me more 🙂

As a fulltime working mother I still strive as much as I can to provide healthy home cooked meals as often as I can. I am always trying new recipes and sharing them with others to motivate people about the importance or a raw/vegan, homecooked meal!
