My biggest challenge would have to be constantly having to go to the grocery store for fresh fruits and veggies. They get used so quick in my house and I always have to replenish the fridge, more than when I ate foods that could be bought in bulk! Also, I’m sometimes lazy. I admit 🙁

My biggest challenge is I hate wasting food and I have a toddler who cannot be on a raw diet due to a serious medical condition. Its hard to cook something and then toss it if she doesn’t want to eat it.

Hi, my biggest raw food challenge is finding the time to actually eat my carefully prepared raw lunches at work as I seem to spend my whole lunch time explaining what it is I am eating and all the health benefits contained within my lunchbox to my work colleagues!! Challenges are life’s way of helping us strive to become better people.

My biggest challenge is having ingredients like nuts soaked and ready for fast preparation. Also the time involved making some of these delicious recipes.

The biggest issue with cooking raw food in my household is getting everyone to eat it 🙁 I was a vegetarian before I got pregnant and now am trying to go raw! This bullet would be perfect for just cooking for one:)

My biggest challenge for eating raw happens when I get too hungry. Famished. It’s that moment that I make a poor food choice.

My main challenge is cost of getting quality produce in good quantities. It can get very pricey to get a variety of fruits and vegetables . I can’t always get fresh fruits so I end up using canned, which isn’t raw or that awesome but it’s my substitute option to get the quantity of fruit for a good price. There are lots of fruits I can’t get organic because we import them, and some vegetables too, but I try to get most of my veggies and fruits organic as long as its available at a good price. Nuts are very expensive! And dates :,( so making crusts is hard, I mix nuts to get a total volume. In the end it’s a cost I accept because health is wealth 🙂

My biggest challenge with “trying” to go raw is being around and living with people who are not. How do I learn to stay on my path and not waver from my desire?
