The biggest challenge for me is convincing myself to use my full-size juicer. I’ve had this machine for several years now and although it produces delicious juice, it’s an ordeal to take apart and clean it up afterwards. Especially, for just one glass of juice. I’m thinking something like the Nutri Bullet would be simpler to use and encourage me to juice more often.

My biggest challenge with raw is creating recipes that the kids love to eat. My DH will try almost anything I make (and loves most of it too) but the small fry are reluctant to try new things, and often don’t like my raw-ified versions of dishes. I’ll always keep trying, but hopefully I’ll discover some magic tricks soon!

My biggest challenge eating raw is when the weather gets cold and I crave warm hearty soups and baked potatoes…It’s a lot easier to eat raw when it’s warm and sunny.

my biggest challenge with eating raw is high protein snacks during the day on those days I work out that doesn’t have all those nasty additives.

My biggest challenge is wishing I had a bullet to take with me on trips and not leave my roommate without one to use while I am gone!
