My greatest challenge with raw food is the climate i live in! it is very cold for 3-4 months of the year and i find the body really struggles keeping warm while it is cold outside and i’m only eating raw food.

My biggest challenge? Getting enough calories inside me to stop me from loosing weight. And staying warm in the cold seasons.
(On a side note… biggest gain: learning about raw chocolate!! No cravings whatsoever for the old “real” thing! Raw is just sooo much more delicious!! Agree?) 🙂

My biggest challenge in raw cuisine is recipes that involve dehydrating, I am a complete novice, but I can say I am catching up quickly! It’s all about motivation and desire I reckon! 🙂

my greatest challenge is time!!! I end up just eating lettuce leaves and fruit and saurkraut …i never seem to have enough time to prepare nice raw meals regularly. It can be frustrating!

Biggest Challenge: Dehydrated foods taste soooo good, but take far too long to create…and my Excalibur makes so much noise. #impatientfoodie

Biggest challenge – Reeducating myself on how to prepare raw food and then actually doing it

My biggest challenge is that my son doesn’t enjoy raw food right now at age 5. This means making lots of separate meals which can be tiring. But I think it is well worth the effort to continue offering it alongside other food choices with the hope that someday I’ll find what he likes. Plus it still gives him a great example of healthy eating.
