    Thank you for the giveaway!
My biggest challenge is having to cook for my large family, I’m really good for a while then fall off the bandwagon big style, I also crave carby type food , I don’t have a dehdraytor yet too. Its also being organised to soak nuts ect lol, and having enough ingrediants in it gets very expensive !

My greatest challenge with raw food is planning ahead. I always seem to find a yummy recipe and then realize I am out of one or two ingredients. I think rather than try to pre plan so much, I should try to be creative with substitutions.

My biggest challenge is staying prepared and organised both in and outside of the home. If you don’t plan ahead, make sure your fridge is stocked, and take healthy raw snacks when travelling (loved your post about this btw) then it is all too easy to let the raw thing slip a bit. That being said, I feel like I am well and truly a raw convert as it has changed my health dramatically and, even if I do have a little slip up now and then, I will be right back on the raw food the next day/meal 🙂

The biggest challenge eating raw is preparing meals. I work full time and it is very hard to figure out what I’m going to eat for dinner.. It would be nice to blend something quick like a protein smoothie ; ) Dehydrating things take time as well, I wish there was more time in the day!

My biggest challenge is the Winter Months, I love my raw foods during the summer and warmer months but I feel ‘I need hot food’ during the winter.

I was introduced to the raw food diet with a 21 day challenge. I was committed during my 21 days but found that I wasn’t eating anything “fun” as I didn’t have time to prepare everything I wanted to try. I missed my “cheat days”. I tried the eggplant bacon and various salads… I really liked the blueberry flax pancakes and incorporated fifferent flavors

My biggest challenge is keeping my foods raw while my boyfriend has standard diet. Even if I make him cooked vegan food, it is so tempting to try it!
