My greatest raw challenge is my family and friends. Most do not take my diet preferences seriously and so socialising can be quite difficult. My mother in law made a zucchini slice which I ate to be polite until I found it contained bacon. My daughter in law made a morning tea for my grandsons birthday and said bring nothing as she was catering for us all. There was nothing I could eat. I always offer to bring something, and if they say no, I say I am very happy with salad or fruit. I think they feel I am being precious and its a bit of a game for them to “trick” me.

My biggest challenge is making sure there is food ready to eat when it’s meal time….I need to hone my prep-in-advance skills!

My greatest challenge being 100% raw is that I do not have a dehydrator. 🙁

Preparing food is my biggest challenge. The Nutri-Bullet would definitely help.

My biggest challenge is travelling to events with my student organisation, where I can’t choose my own food to eat, because food is usually included in the participation fee. It could be possibility to buy my own food, but usually program is very tight, which reduces my chances of having time to buy raw food and prepare it. This is a challenge!

My biggest challenge is that I spend a lot of time away from home with work/study, finding vegan things outside of London becomes increasingly difficult the further away you go! It’s certainly tested my levels of organisation and planning, but food prep when you’re on the move is still quite tricky.

Def agree w/ alot of the other challenges such as time, money, traveling, recipes my wee one will try. But my biggest one (may sound silly) but is being successful w/ my dehydrator-ha! I only hve tried it a couple times but the recipes I did were unsuccessful and not sure why-I even went over the time it said to try to get the crispy effect but it didn’t wrk. Since I’ve moved a couple months ago I haven’t given it another shot-my kitchen is oh so tiny buuuut excited to try again:) any tips r appreciated! Thank u sooo much for your site-looooove it!!
