Hi! My biggest challenge for eating raw is time. I am on the go a LOT and I just don’t have time to make things ahead of time, but If I don’t prepare things ahead of time I find myself grabbing what is already quick and available. I get tired of eating salad and I’m not much into gourmet meals , I need simply and quick lol

My biggest challenge? Planning and time. With a crazy schedule it’s hard to shop 2-3 times a week to ensure I have all the fresh fruits and veggies I need. I have noticed though that as I learn more and stock up on the staples it’s getting easier:) A blender would be a great addition to my raw cooking collection. Due to expense I haven’t bought one, so I use my food processor to make my morning smoothies. Not ideal, but it works. Thanks for all your great recipes!!

Life is full of so many changes, and like ocean waves, we can attempt ride them or be taken down by them. Recently, my husband and I have separated. The waves of a change like this affect the whole person, from spiritual to physical. I have found through the pages of this website not only foods and processes that strengthen and heal my physical body, but a community of individuals where I find encouragement and inspiration. Thank you, Susan, for your passion, and your practical and delicious ideas that better the lives of so many. Here’s to all of us seeking wholeness and healing from the inside out!

Biggest challenge: chocolate. It’s not an easy feat finding raw chocolates. And another problem I have is all my produce going bad at once. 🙁 I can never get to it all fast enough!

My biggest problem is staying on the raw diet. Breakfast and dinner are usually raw. Lunch can be mostly raw. But weekends are the hardest.

What was and still is the biggest challenge of raw food-life for me, is the fact that I am always hungry and therefore the need of eating nearls all the time, as fruits and vegetables make me hungry!

Eating raw during cold Nebraska winters is hard for me. I want hot soups and heavy, comfort-style foods!

My biggest challenge is not to be swept up by the almost religious fervour and sense of moral superiority of my self and other raw foodists. Keeping a sense of humour and perspective would be it for me!!! X O
