My biggest chalange is that I miss the warmth of cooked food… :/

I don’t have any back teeth so eating raw food is most difficult

My biggest challenge is also the amount of time needed for meal preparation. I currently work a full time job and then a part time job three nights a week. Sometimes I’ll be able to go home at lunch or between the two shifts and prepare a quick raw meal (hopefully I can use an element leftover from the previous meal). However, most often I don’t have that time and availability. My pseudo solution is to just tote around simple cut up vegetables or pack the notorious salad. But I would love to be able to do more. Is there such a thing as a mini portable dehydrator?

My biggest challenge is the affordability of a food processor, but a Nutri Bullet would be a luxurious quicker, no excuse product. Of course having two teens that were not introduced to raw eating when younger…..ease is the key for getting kids to eat raw or healthy.

My biggest challenge with eating raw is making things too complicated. I want to try new ways of eating raw foods but instead of just “doing it” I research for new recipes that I don’t seem to make time to prepare. I’m a good healthy cook so I just need to trust myself and make it.

Vegetarian and largely raw many years (decades…lol), but still don’t have all the equipment I’d like to have…no dehydrator, food processor, juicer. I’ve done well without (absolutely LOVE a big salad, no dressing!) But it would simply be nice. Veg/Vegan/Raw on a budget has been very doable growing my own often, etc. I think I’d just like tohave fun with some gadgets!! 🙂

My biggest challenges are pre-planning and self control as I am very new to this way of eating.

My biggest challenge has been not having all the equipment to do it right. Many of the kitchen equipment is pretty pricey, I broke my cheaper food processor making raw snickers bars lol I pre soaked the dates and it still killed machine. Also it’s been an eye opener because it cost a little more but worth it 🙂 we have found many many great recipes on your site! It’s pretty amazing!!
    Thank you,
    Andrea.

biggest challenge is finding a store that sells the ingredients. In most raw recipes there is often one ingredient I don’t know where to buy.
