Rawmazing Cookbook Give-Away!
It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.
So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.
All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.
Contest is now closed.
The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.
*If you outside of USA, the contest rules that govern where you live will apply.

Hi, my biggest challenge to eating healthy is emotional eating. Eating food to comfort me inside so I feel ok. Thank you.

I biggest challenge to eating healthy is eating healthy all the time. I do really well for awhile and then I stray and eat chocolate or chips or drink some wine. The trick for me is having yummy substitutes on hand at all times.

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is portion size and knowing when to stop eating or when to not eat at all, because I’m actually thirsty or just emotionally eating instead.
