My biggest challenge is the 30 years of convincing myself that “junk food” was a treat. It was poison. The REAL treats are foods that nourish and heal and make you feel GREAT. The recipes you give and photos are to die for!! BEST TREATS ON THE INTERNET!!!! You are SO TALENTED! thank YOU

Most of the time a lead a healthy lifestyle but I love desserts and coffee. Although I know I should stay away from them, I sometimes cave into my cravings. I would love your recipe books so that I could make some raw desserts to balance the part of me that craves the sweetness of life.

The biggest challenge for me is to eat out with friends and find anything healthy on the menu. I rarely ever go out, especially when I was 100% raw.

Hardest thing for me is eating raw vegan at my parents or in social settings. My parents have meat at every meal and every meal is cooked. They are European so they like their cooked potatoes and meat. Salads are last on their choice of food. They are very stuck in their old ways! Hard to change. And of course restaurants don’t really cater to raw vegans so it’s hard going out for dinner. Wish there were more choices for raw vegans.

My biggest challenge is preparing an appropriate quantity of food for a single person so I don’t get tired of eating it before it loses its appeal and nutritional value.
