Rawmazing Cookbook Give-Away!
It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.
So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.
All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.
Contest is now closed.
The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.
*If you outside of USA, the contest rules that govern where you live will apply.

My problem is the late night eating. I eat healthly and almost vegan but sometimes too much and too late.

My biggest challenge is that I was raised with a horrible diet…we’re talking hamburger helper, high calorie processed foods with sauces and gravy on everything, and to top it off my mom was a candy maker. Being conditioned from such a young age, it is a constant battle mentally to choose fresh.

My son is on the GAPS diet and in trying to find foods he can eat that are creative and tasty, I have come to rely on wonderful sites such as rawmazing for help. Especially since we are so limited in ingredients and cook almost everything at home, I am so thankful to have such easy access to recipes and information on healthy fresh food and am always blown away by the fantastic recipes on ramazing.com.

It seems that my biggest challenge is finding the time to do adequate meal preparation. If you don’t have a plan, it’s easy to let convenience guide your food choices!

My biggest challenge is TIME! I’m a twenty-something living in NYC, juggling a day job as well as artistic pursuits, and I am always running from place to place. On the weeks that I find a few hours for food prep, I’m golden. When time slips away from me… oof. There’s a lot of healthier eat-out options in NYC, but it’s still not ideal and it can get dang EXPENSIVE! -sigh-

My biggest challenge is eating healthy on the go – I am a very busy account manager for a premium sporting league and I often times get stuck having to take clients out to lunches and coffee meetings which limits my options greatly!

My biggest challenge is the guilty feeling of eating together with convincing my husband that he will not turn into a toothless anaemic by eating raw.

My biggest challenge is eating out, get-togethers, and hosting events, but my family is thriving at home.
