Rawmazing Cookbook Give-Away!
It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.
So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.
All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.
Contest is now closed.
The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.
*If you outside of USA, the contest rules that govern where you live will apply.

My biggest challenges to eating healthy are time (to research healthy issues and resources, and to prepare meals), and finding quality affordable ingredients.

My biggest challange is time. Before I had a baby I spent endless hours in the kitchen preparing healthy/raw food and desserts. Now I feel lucky if I’m able to prepare a meal at all. Blessings~

My challenge is not to eat all those naughty things I grew up eating, chease, cakes and the odd biscuit. However, as I endeavour to eat more healthily my challenge appears to be in finding it difficult to give up crisps and crackers and in not giving into temptations at work.

My biggest health challenge is my family, especially my husband! As hard as I try to stock the kitchen with plant-based foods, he’ll come along with sugary or carb treats, or worse…fast food. Never a dull moment!

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is making the time to food prep on the weekends to ensure that healthy, fresh ingredient options are available through out my family’s busy week.

Thanks so much for offering this!! I made big changes in my eating and lifestyle two years ago and am happy to say that I have been very diligent in maintaining it. My biggest challenge is eating out, especially with friends who do not embrace healthy eating.
