Rawmazing Cookbook Give-Away!

Giveaway! Rawmazing.com

It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.

So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.

All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.

Contest is now closed.

The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.

*If you outside of USA, the contest rules that govern where you live will apply.

I am allergic to gluten and dairy. While this is challenging in and of itself, I find so many new gluten-free products on the market are high in fat and/or sugar and, therefore, calories. I appreciate Rawmazing’s creative and healthy recipes!

My biggest challenge is food not tasting good while on chemo and not being able to eat raw when blood count was low.

My biggest challenge to eating 100% raw is my love of cheese and juggling it with cooking for the family… 🙂

my biggest challenge is i have a blood disorder that causes my blood to clot.i am on bloodthinners for it but still have had 8 lung embolies/bloodclots in the last 4 years.as such i have to watch i don´t get to much vitamin k which helps the blood to thicken.as most greens and most healthy foods have vitamin k i have the choice to eat a minimum of them or eat more and either risk another bloodclot or take more bloodthinners to even out the effect of the vitamin k intake.,my other challenge is emotional eating.i would love to win a copy of your book as i am not sure if they are even available here in germany.
