Rawmazing Cookbook Give-Away!

Giveaway! Rawmazing.com

It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.

So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.

All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.

Contest is now closed.

The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.

*If you outside of USA, the contest rules that govern where you live will apply.

My most difficult problem with eating healthy is in convincing my sweety that it is “good” for him. I need to find recipes that will convert his taste-buds so he doesn’t realize he is eating something “healthy”

My biggest challenge is being the only healthy eater (vegan/high raw preference) out of four family members in my home and balancing the planning and time needed to make appealing meals for both.

My biggest challenge to eating healthy? Lack of time! If only I could get an extra two or three hours everyday, I’d love to focus that time on preparing wholesome, nurturing food and generally taking better care of myself.

My find at night in front of the TV my savoury and sweet demon sits in my shoulder repeating chips chips or sweet urges, it’s so hard to fight those little voices in your head haha

My battle is trying to get mostly organic fruits and vegetables and then trying to use it all before it goes bad. Good food I have found goes bad pretty fast. I really, really hate it when it goes bad before I can eat it.

My biggest challenge is salt and sugar; it’s difficult to avoid.

In one word, time. Starting a small at-home business and having a spirited toddler with set ideas about what food he likes. Who am I kidding, doesn’t like 😉

Knowing exactly what to get and how to make it! I get overwhelmed easily and it tends to have me slip back to simple freezer meals. But more recipe books would be a great help to keep me on track!

My biggest challenge is trying to eat healthy while shopping or traveling.
