My challenges to eat clean at the beginning was to discover that i could actually eat healthy and with nutrient variety, despite people comments. The next one was to prove to my parents that people get enough nutrition without animal products… and when i decided to be raw vegan i went through (and still am) a big social challenge, people attitudes towards my raw vegan choice were even less positive than when i choose to be vegetarian. Finally, the economic challenge was and still is my biggest challenge ๐ cause i always spend all my savings on better quality food and its not easy to find good and cheap food variety around here. But with a positive attitude we can all make it ๐ **!

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is time. As a small business owner I work very long hours & the last thing I feel like doing after working 16-18 hrs is fixing a meal. I need quick & easy.

My biggest obstacle to eating healthy is myself! The intension to eat healthy is always at the forefront of my mind, I’m very knowledgable about nutrition and health and therefore I know why I should eat healthy. I have all the resources to enable me, including access to amazing produce, all the raw preparation equipment one could desire and a supportive network; however I sabotage myself at every turn. I curse my lack of willpower, but the thing is, I know one day I will overcome, I will be an achiever, I will triumph. Until that day, I will continue with my good intentions, one step at a time.

My biggest challenge is giving up my comfort food. Love my carbs; now I have to go cold turkey as I am determined to reverse my diabetes. With your help, I know I can do it and live healthy the rest of my life.

Mine has been trying to limit and remove sugars from our diet, I’ve been gluten and mostly dairy free for a while now, but sugar is a tough one, especially for a chocolate lover (I don’t eat it a lot but a little every now and then is awesome) and for the kiddies ๐ I’ve been ok with doing this for me, but now the kids are starting to show signs of gluten and dairy issues and trying to keep them satisfied and happy without feeling deprived is tough for me.

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is: not overeating full-stop being able to feel satiated without eating too much, even if my diet is super healthy. I get so hungry!
