All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.

Contest is now closed.

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is being organized, to have the time to prepare a meal at the end of the day because so many recipes call for some prep work ahead of time.

my biggest challenge is breakfast. I tend to skip it and I really need to find some on the go breakfast ideas that are gluten and dairy free

My biggest challenge is socializing with my friends. It is so hard to change your habits.m I am doing fine but will continue to get better and stay raw. I love it.

Biggest challenge of eating healthy is inspiring those around me (friends, boyfriend, family) that healthy and/or raw vegan food can be delicious and full of variety! And that we don’t need the processed stuff. Having access to recipes in your cookbooks will empower me to do that for sure! Love your blog, keep it up 🙂

After having my first child, she was sensitive to both dairy and gluten. I was mostly gluten free prior to this but I really had to watch my diet, any amount of gluten or dairy caused issues in my milk supply and a gassy irritable baby. I’m thankful for websites like this that give healthy and delicious desserts and meals!

I love to eat healthy and have found that now that I have the right equipment and ingredients always in my kitchen, it has really helped me overcome many challenges that I first faced when making the change to always eating the right foods.

My biggest challenge is to find time to do more complicated recipes and not sticking to the same ones over and over….
