Rawmazing Cookbook Give-Away!
It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.
So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.
All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.
Contest is now closed.
The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.
*If you outside of USA, the contest rules that govern where you live will apply.

My biggest challenge is trying to harvest and eat the home grown produce before the slugs and bugs and birds get it, as while I don’t mind sharing, they do!

The biggest challenge to my always eating healthy is the difficulty I have getting and staying organized in the way I use time to expand and improve my knowledge about health and the foods the enable it; plan interesting, tasty and nutritious meals; shop for ingredients and maintain inventory of essential staples; schedule preparation of meal components on a schedule (e.g., soak the beans the night before); and set the right conditions (e.g., time, place, mindfulness, etc.) for the actual eating of the meal.

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is having to prepare my own food all the time. Sometimes I just want something easy that I don’t have to make myself.

Being an independent artist, my biggest challenge of eating healthy (and vegan) is the higher cost compared to the lower costs of processed, unhealthy filling foods.
