One of my biggest challenges is my constant lack of appetite. I buy all the healthy fresh veggies & fruits but when it comes time to make something or even, eat I often have no appetite or energy and have to force myself to eat (no, I’m not anorexic, I have adrenal fatigue which lack of appetite only makes worse) and end up composting the food that ends up going bad before I can make something with it or eat it. Being the ‘chief cook & bottle washer’ in my home, and my family being ‘meat at every meal’ people I am trying to blend both raw & cooked world to satisfy everyone without having to constantly make two different supper meals every day.

My biggest challenge is finding new quick ideas for recipes with simple ingredients that I will easily have on hand so that I can make a variety of fresh and exciting recipes quickly and easily.

My biggest challenge to eating healthy has to do with money. I choose to only purchase organic, fresh, superior quality food and I’m unemployed right now, so it’s very tough to try and eat healthy. I’m in the process of setting up a wellness coaching practice and want to share all that I’ve learned about raw food with others. Thanks!!

My biggest challenge is being vegetarian for the last 20 years although eating fish, and now following a gluten free, wheat free, grain free and sugar free diet for health reasons!

Biggest challenge to eating healthy is being prepared and knowing what I am going to make. Otherwise I am more likely to go with faster, often more unhealthy options.

Not only do I love this website for recipes, but my online Japanese ESL students love reading it with me for practice! The biggest challenge that both they and I have is finding all the ingredients, or having them on hand when a great recipe from rawmazing shows up and we want to make it right away for lunch or dinner!

My biggest challenge was to make a variety of raw foods delicious enough so my 3 children (3, 15, 21) will come to love and enjoy them instead of the usual cooked food.

My biggest challenges is the very high prices of Raw food in Norway, and the custom system that only allow us to buy for 46 USD on internet!
