All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.

Contest is now closed.

My biggest challenge is having a husband that does not really eat healthy I try really hard to be high raw vegan but I have to cook animal products every day for him. So I’m making 2different meals every night can get tiresome and then having to taste the cooked meals throws me off a lot!

My biggest challenge is my large appetite, I had surgery this past summer and since then I am always hungry. At first I thought it was a good thing for healing, but now after six months post-op, I still seem to feel ravenous at mealtimes. I am anxious to get back into shape foodwise and weightwise. Love the rawmazing recipes. My daughter is a true from scratch kind of girl and I share the recipes with her. Thanks.

My biggest challenges are tatse and variety. I don’t want to eat the same thing over and over. Also, if it doesn’t taste good, why bother.

My biggests challenge to eating healthy is everything else going on in my life … a full-time+ job, endless snowstorms, Yoga Teacher Training, etc. But there’s always something!

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is a job that requires a great deal of travel, by car, to mostly rural areas of my State where healthy food choices are seemingly non-existent and dining options are often extremely limited to Subway, the gas station, Pizza Hut, and the town bar.

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is overcoming the convenience of less-than-healthy options, and taking the time to make my own REAL food!

Thank you, Susan, for providing the challenge that I face…
Raw food is just SO DELICIOUS that I have a hard time stopping and I often eat too much.
I LOVE your recipes – and the photos you take of the finished products.
I would love to have all your cookbooks.
You are a food genius. 🙂
