It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.
So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.
All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.
Contest is now closed.
The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.
*If you outside of USA, the contest rules that govern where you live will apply.

Dietary restrictions have been my biggest challenge.
Love nuts, but I see nuts are a big part of making a lot of raw recipes.

My biggest challenge, hands down, is staying raw while feeding my non-raw husband and raising my child in a non-raw world. It was much easier being raw when I was single as I didn’t have to “cook” anything for anyone else. Temptation (or just plain simplicity) prevails when I make my husband a non-raw dinner (sometimes even with chicken, sigh), and I am too worn out to make myself a raw anything. I have tried, but like most men meat-eaters, he won’t be raw anytime soon.

My biggest challenge with eating healthy is finding things I can afford because I am on a low income budget.

Sunday night dinners or holidays with my grown kids, & sometimes other family, over who are meat & potatoes eaters, then throw in a traditional, yummy dessert – all foods I love too.

I think the biggest challenge is organization of time, new ways of planning for eating healthy, and to work through our personal issues so we don’t just fall back to former unhealthy habits.

I find the biggest challenge is that unhealthy eating is unite often the easiest an fastest. When I have plenty of time, I love to cook healthy delicious food. Not every day gives us enough time.

My biggest challenge is sugar! I grew up in a family where we always had dessert which of course was made with white refined sugar, white processed flour and absolutely nothing resembling fruit or vegetables. In a family where 3 out of 4 grandparents became diabetic and a mother that is also, I am always looking for recipes to satisfy my sweet tooth without harming my body. I have a family of 6 (4 kids, my husband, and me) so having these books would be wonderful.
