Rawmazing Cookbook Give-Away!
It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.
So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.
All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.
Contest is now closed.
The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.
*If you outside of USA, the contest rules that govern where you live will apply.

My biggest challenge is finding the time to prepare the raw foods I need to eat. Seems like there are not enough hours in the day!

the biggest challenge is balancing societal norms with my children.. and the unhealthy snacks that are surrounding the kids through media, songs, books, toys, schools, etc… it isn’t normal for kids to like kale, carrot juice.. but it is for kids to be gulping down cow’s milk!.. though luckily my boy is still young and loves all are delicious food.. even though he doesn’t see his food represented in his story books….

Even as a high raw, vegan health and wellness coach, I still struggle with emotional eating!

My biggest challenge has to be preparation! I work long hours and if I don’t prep on the weekends (I’m so busy catching up on life that meal prep rarely happens) I’m screwed during the week. Eating healthy and making good food choices becomes very difficult.

My biggest challenge is planning ahead, I do much better if I plan ahead, shopping and prepping meals in advance. When I try to go about my week “on the fly” I tend to eat quick, more processed stuff I don’t really want to be eating.

My biggest challenge is preparing meals in my 2.5 ft. x 7.5 ft. Teeny Tiny Kitchen (inside my 388 sq. ft. Tiny House) with only a mini-fridge, limited prep space, and no running hot water. (I work with a 5 gallon cold water jug with battery operated pump and I heat water in kettle on my nuwave2 Cooktop.

My biggest challenge to eating clean has to be my meal planning! (Or lack there of, to be honest) if I wait to figure out what is for a meal until I am hungry, then it makes it harder. However, since I try not to PURCHASE anything that would Saratoga me in the first place, it makes it easier. If it isn’t in the house, then I can’t just grab it!! 😉

My biggest challenge is having to prepare separate meals each day for my husband and myself. I have health issues and he doesn’t.
