My biggest challenge to eating healthy is affordability of healthy products and learning which are best for each of my family members. We are all high sugar intakers and to find a substitute that is healthy and still tasty enough to eat has been my biggest challenge!

Thank you for sharing great recipes. I always have a smile when I see the word “Rawazing” in my emails. My biggest challenge is keeping my family’s food menu exciting. Kids and adults have a very different interest in my house. Many times I’m preparing separate meals for the kids than the adults.

I think the hardest thing for me to stay fully raw is I grew up eating leftovers and in my married life my partner doesn’t eat as much raw and doesn’t care for leftovers. It feel wrong and hard for me to throw food away that is “good” even if it isn’t “good” for me.

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is my family – they do not share my beliefs with regards to healthy eating and I often end up making 2 meals each night.

My biggest challenge to eating high raw is having/taking the time to experiment with recipes to find out what I like and to build a recipe library of my faves! Thank you for all the wonderful recipes and information you provide us!

Susan,
Thanks for your gracious heart of sharing your wisdom and knowledge; as well as your care for us!! My biggest challenge is two-fold: 1) persuading my family that healthy eating is the way to a healthy life. I have family members dealing with diabetes and cancer that I know could be helped and reversed with a change to healthier eating; 2) having ready access to the food and equipment to prepare these meals away from home when visiting my family who are out of state.

Hi, My biggest challenge is to be FULLY raw. I’m now 70 to 80% raw. Having trouble eating enough and knowing what to eat and so this makes me eat all kinds of wrong things at work as I don’t have enough food to eat or I keep eating sweets. Thanks for this opportunity and sharing lots of good wishes and love. Johanne

My biggest challenge would be not binge eating sweets!! I would make healthier sweets but eat too much of them.
