Hi My biggest challenge is eating out with other people. it is only a challenge because I don’t get hung up about it and make the best choices on the day. I consider the outing is about the company not about the food and it is what you do most of the time that counts.

My challenge is stay raw at dinner parties. I sometimes fear people’s judgement.

My biggest challenge to eating healthily is that I work in 4 different towns other than where I live, and I’m almost never home for meals. I do try to keep on top of making meals ahead of time, but when I’m gone for a few days, it’s pretty hard to have good healthy food last without a fridge. I love the recipes you share, though!

My biggest challenge is meal prep that includes dishes our 15 yr old daughter will eat.
Most days I can pull something off but every now & then it’s rice and beans.
Want to get back to lighter food, clearer minds and balanced bodies.
Love all the great shares Susan!

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is having the right ingredients on hand and having the time to make the array of delicious recipes. I am also “challenged” to plan in advance – whether in terms of soaking beans (if not a raw meal, a healthy dish) /nuts, sprouts – preparation of food for dehydrating and then timing it right when I can flip burgers, cookies, etc., and take the food out of the dehydrator and pack it in containers. I know what I want to do but can’t always pull it all together given my life as a single mother 🙂

My biggest challenge to eating raw is finding “on-the-go” snacks that work with my diet. Also, it’s been hard trying to convince my family that eating raw really is worth it!!
