It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.
So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.
All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.
Contest is now closed.
The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.
*If you outside of USA, the contest rules that govern where you live will apply.

My biggest challenge is trying not to ruin the amazing fresh, healthy meals I make by drowning them in sauces and seasonings, full of numbers and preservatives.

My biggest challenge is when I’m on the road. It’s just so hard to find anything healthy on the road and you don’t always have room to bring a cooler.

Tee decision part is most challenging to me especially when I am tired after a busy day so pre-planning would be awesome but do I do it? NOooo! SO quick n easy options that fill the emotional void win out – just gotta get the healthy repertoire high!

My biggest challenge to is my heightened sense of smell since eating 100% raw. I cannot tolerate the smell of my husband dog’s food in my kitchen. It make me so sad to think of what’s inside that can. I also have an internal conflict when we buy dog food and when we buy grocery store’s factory farm meat, as it is to satisfy everybody else in my family except me. I must get out the house when it’s rib time because the smell permeates all over the house for hours. On a positive note, I love to be able to smell what most people cannot!

Usually I am feeling great and love eating healthy foods but when I have a day where I am feeling emotionally challenged I grave wheat and all kinds of carbs that my body does not really love. Aloha

Eating 2 minute noodles and microwave food is easy, so the biggest challenge for me is making time to plan healthy meals in advance and ensuring i have enough fresh fruit and vegetables in my kitchen.

My biggest challenge is keeping up the inspiration when I’m just preparing food for myself. It’s fine when I’m preparing for a group or a couple but just for me I tend to just grab an apple.

Biggest challenge is eating out….moved to St. Charles, MO, which is a lovely place, but more smokes (including e-cigs!) and BBQ-friendly than Veg/Raw (you want a…salad?) friendly. Otherwise, I’m at a good 85-90% raw and loving it!
