My biggest challenge is making things that the entire family will like with varying taste palates, food acceptibility and food allergies.

I have the biggest challenge sticking to a plan…I have the best intentions and the plan is set, but follow through is horrible and then if I do finally accomplish that goal, how do I live this way forever!! I would LOVE to create a new habit with your beautiful recipe books.

The biggest challenge to eating healthy is making a meal plan every week that offers variety, shopping for the flavorful ingredients and making them. I find that I don’t already have items prepared in the fridge, then that is when I tend to sway.

my B.Ch. is to cook different things for my child and I, so most of the time I skip to cook for myself only and end up not eating anough for a few days and then I’d pig out a little… ))

I think that the hard part is that I don’t really have friends or family that try to eat vegan/raw/healthy (all of the above!). I enjoy the process of food prep and the reward for a meal well done that is completely from scratch and all me. I love to share that passion, but there are too many people that shy away from “more of your vegan stuff” unless it is chocolate.
A few new cookbooks would be great, as I love the recipes. Your site was the first stop for me when i decided to start cheese making.
    thank you

Oh how I’d love to win your awesome books! My biggest challenge to is finding the time and energy to prepare healthy meals. After a long day of work, I’m famished and cranky. I want to eat asap. Cheers!

Hi from Argentina! My biggest challenge about eating healthy is to prepare new foods every day and don’t fall in an everyday salad. It’s difficult to innovate and don’t get boring.

My biggest challenge is getting my family {4 + 6 yo boys} to eat what I eat! And I would also prefer my husband to not sound disappointed when he asks what’s for dinner!

I live in a very small community where “no meat, no cheese” means you are an alien. I am a little island in an ocean of friends and family that see my raw food ways as the ultimate form of silliness. So I am careful of who I speak to about my eating habits. What an odd thing to avoid discussing! But I am high raw and loving how much better I feel.
I love getting your newsletters and recipes by email and pinterest. You rock!
