Rawmazing Cookbook Give-Away!
It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.
So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.
All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.
Contest is now closed.
The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.
*If you outside of USA, the contest rules that govern where you live will apply.

My biggest challenge is having to buy things often and/or having things go bad in the refrigerator because I get overwhelmed and do not have time to use them. But I keep trying! Thanks so much for a great website!

My biggest challenge for eating healthy is myself. I love chips and raw chocolate and sometimes I feel like I want to treat myself… And I do sometimes a little too often!

My biggest challenge is when my college boys come home for a weekend and the healthy food is replaced by junk. I lose sight of purpose and dive into the junk food, with no control!

My biggest challenge to eating healthy, even though I have been vegetarian for 43 years for compassionate reasons, is that I sometimes use food (usually carb loaded) as a sensory pleasure or something to make me feel better if I’m sad or stressed.

My biggest challenge is eating healthy in a household where I am the only one eating healthy!! Temptation lurks in every corner…. things I wouldn’t even eat if I wasn’t eating clean, sometimes look yummy to me in a moment of weakness.

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is having enough variety on hand to make a number of things at any moment. Being a Chef I am spoiled in the fact I can simply whip up anything I choose to feel like eating so keeping the best and healthiest ingredients on hand at home keeps me from slipping out for a not so healthy snack. Variety is the spice of life.

One of my challenges & very bad habit is thinking it’s easier or quicker to get fast foods; whether it be a sandwich and chips from tim hortons, subway or quizno’s or from a much unhealthier fast food, like McDonald’s or Wendy’s. This unhealthy habit has costed me to gain over 30 lbs. I think overall, it is all mental for me. I am slowly coming around to my senses again and beating temptations, but I am not perfect and have some moments where I find other unhealthy “pleasures” while grocery shopping. The vicious cycle of balancing a healthy diet! Nonethless, I am reclaiming my determination a little more every day!
