Rawmazing Cookbook Give-Away!
It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.
So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.
All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.
Contest is now closed.
The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.

When I’m busy, I have to be mindful about getting enough protein instead of just grabbing something handy that’s vegan but not as well-balanced.

My biggest challenge with eating healthy is being so easily swayed by my husband.

Hi – the biggest challenge I have come up against is being in a relationship with someone who loves cooking and comfort foods like roast potatoes,Yorkshire puddings and gravy!!! When I was single I used to have more time to focus on myself and what I was putting into my body. I know I need to practice more raw food recipes to tempt my partner away from cooked foods so that we can live a more energetic, healthful and hopefully longer life together.

My biggest challenge is storing foods made in the dehydrator. I live in Florida (high humidity) and no matter how I store these foods they always seem to re-hydrate. I try different ways to store wraps and chips so I have them on hand for a staple, but they get so sticky after stored. I’m not sure if there is an easy answer to storing these foods in this climate but I sure would like to know 🙂

My biggest challenges in eating healthy—mostly in regards to raw over cooked—is prep time, not having items I need conveniently on hand at the time I need to eat, and/or requiring a significant amount of protein.
