    Hello Rawmazing,
Thank you so much for putting together a site to make it easier to eat raw. I’m having a hard time with setting a menu for the week. I’m a bit worried about what the diet change will cost in compare to my regular diet. I barely eat out, it’s usually home cooked, even home grown, that I eat. I am hoping someone can put my mind at ease with a mock grocery bill for a month of what eating raw would look like. Thanks again Rawmazing! You are truly amazing!

Cravings are my biggest challenge. The overabundance and availability of junk food everywhere does not help. I pretty much stay away from it, but sometimes it is very hard to just do the right thing and make the right choices. It is also hard to continue to find easy raw recipes that are new and fun and don’t have a lot of prep or too many ingredients… and are really yummy at the same time. If I have great stuff in my fridge to eat, cravings are easier to deal with.

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is my craving and love for bread. I live near a bakery, which doesn’t help. I need to find more raw bread recipes that tickle my taste buds, while providing better nutrition than what tempts me next door.

I live where the winters are long, so it’s a challenge to obtain truly fresh, healthy produce locally.

My biggest challenge in eating raw is prep time and sometimes the cost of food.

My biggest challenge is finding delicious recipes that my entire family will love, since converting to a vegan diet for several years and I realized that my cooking skills revolved around the meat and dairy in the middle of the plate, so now I need to learn more about spices and using a wider variety of fruits and veggies………….help! (sorry for the run-on sentence but I wanted to stay within the rules 🙂
