So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.
All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.
Contest is now closed.

I honestly don’t have any challenges eating healthy because I don’t have any other option…..unless I want to HURT SEVERELY!! My body just cannot handle anything but HEALTHY, WHOLE FOODS. I would really like to have a substitute for dairy products that is healthy and actually tastes good……(sour cream, yogurt etc.) Same goes for condiments……I would love a HEALTHY substitute for Hellman’s mayo, Heinz catsup, French’s Classic Yellow Mustard, Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, etc. I just cannot handle these kinds of things. I wouldn’t make them a regular part of my diet, but it sure would be nice to have the taste on special occasions 🙂
I LOVE your website and your books…..and your PHOTOGRAPHY!!! I have several of your books but I would still like to win….because I have several friends that I would like to give them to!!!!
Thanks for all that you do!!!

Hi Susan,
My biggest challenge is eating out, in restaurants. I prepare a lot at home, but I’m spending lot of time in meetings outside the office, too. That’s a big issue in Romania. Very few vegan or raw places to eat.
I like you a lot and I’ve learned a lot from you. Thank you 🙂 !!!

Being a chef I strive to find time to incorporate these healthier foods and recipes into my families day and weeks. I cook mainly mainstream menus and food with an occasion vegetarian, vegan or gluten free client. Chefs always have to expand their base, So that’s what I’m working towards. I really crave raw food at times. Need more time in my day1

My daughter was recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. She is 8 years old and we have no one in our family’s that have this. We are a family that has ate pretty well but as we all do slip up from time to time. we do know that God is the ultimate healer and has also allowed our bodies to help heal itself.
It has been a challenge but we need all the help we can get all with recipes that would help her without all the added processed things she does not need.

My biggest challenge is overcoming cravings for fried foods, but your recipes are a great help. Every one I have tried is just delicious! Thank you so much for all your hard work.

My biggest challenge is keeping my protein level up. I have rheumatoid arthritis and hypothyroid, I teach 2-3 fitness and yoga classes daily. I’m also a Certified Health Coach. I personally use lots of the recipes on your website and refer my clients to it often.

My biggest challenge is financial. I absolutely love to experiment with ingredients and flavours, but I just can’t afford to try things out that might not work. That’s why I find Rawmazing such a great reference point, because you’ve done so much of the costly testing already, so I can tweak off in my own direction with less chance of creating inedible disasters :0)
