It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.

So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.

All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.

Contest is now closed.

My biggest challenge is taking the time to prepare the food. Some of the dessert recipes take a long time to prepare, but are definitely wonderful.

My biggest challenge is my family/friends. I come from and environment of ‘feeders’ so wherever I go I’m surrounded by bad, fattening food!

I’m pretty new to eating raw and have not switched to it entirely yet, so it is one big challenge for me. I’m learning every day, and I’m very excited about what I learn. Thank you for being Rawmazing!

I have a couple of challenges when it comes to raw… I love it and my body does too, and I love the idea of eating live food … one challenge is finding the time to prepare the recipes; another one is eating cold when it’s cold outside.. warm food is nice … Another challenge is my partner… he loves his steak 🙂 and it seems that raw just doesn’t fill him up.
I have to just commit no matter what… it’s coming… looking forward to your recipe book!

    Hi
Living in Holland it is my biggest challenge to overcome my craving for warm food on a cold wet day.
I thank your site for the quick, nice, good recipes!

My biggest challenge is not having the support behind healthy eating! I may cook the broiled chicken plan with veggies, but then have to cook something else for others in the family b/c they do not want to eat the healthy food I cooked – which then puts me in a bind b/c then I end up sampling the food.
And also, I suppose not knowing how to properly intermingle the healthy foods to make it somewhat appetizing……I love healthy food, but struggle with keeping it up.
(I know it was only supposed to be a sentence…..sorry for the lengthy explanation & story) – thank you for your time!

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is social occasions such as going out to dinner or potlucks with friends and having no labels on the food to read. That you don’t know what oil the food was cooked in particularly bothers me and if you ask, people think you’re crazy. You just have to give up control and maybe take in some trans fat and too much salt and sugar and still try to have fun.

Three years ago I went off diabetic meds in an effort to reverse diabetes. I discovered thru the help of Rawmazing and others that raw food brings the blood sugars the closest to normal range. I am eager to dig into these preparation books so i can get my menus expanded. Thank you for all your work to get these out for us and blessings.
