Stopping having a drink in the evening is my biggest challenge to achieving good health and losing weight.

Hello: My biggest challenge to eating healthy is planning ahead enough to make sure I have an appropriate quantity of food on hand to keep me satisfied. Having never been much of a planner, trying to makeover my eating lifestyle has been challenging. I just try to make improvements each day and add on a little bit to my preparation. Breakfast and lunch are becoming more routine/planed ahead, but dinner planning is my next challenge to take on. If I end up going out to eat, I search the menu for vegetable options and try to combine as much as I can. Turns into a special order, but most restaurants have been flexible to my requests. Thanks. Good luck to all.

My biggest challenge to eating healthily is my own insatiable desire and love of junk food, crisps, chocolates, fried foods, you name it – I NEED YOU and your wonderful books!!

My biggest challenge in the beginning was having to “cook” two menus for dinner every night: one raw for me and one for the 3 other people at home, but last night was proof that we’ve WON! with three stellar salads to choose from: quinoa, cous cous, or bulgar, and other entrés to entice picky eaters. I began going raw last year and have resolved several health issues in the process.

My biggest challenge is portion control and snacking. I’m picking healthy choices for the most part but am challenged with eating a smaller portion and not snacking. Love these books to get me started and expand my current raw and vegan diet.

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is my poor planning. I generally have the food on hand but I let the daily chaos win and then don’t get meals prepared as I should. Other challenges are being my husband won’t eat the same food as I do and I don’t always feel like preparing several meals and the fact that I LOVE sweets and treats and that is really hard for me to control!! I try sticking to healthy treats but find myself giving in alot! I can say that your recipe for almond joy bars is a favorite though!!
