All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.

Contest is now closed.

My biggest challenge is dairy! I don’t keep to any strict diet, but we do tend to cook raw vegan the most. However, I still reach for the cheese when I’m in snack mode. Trying soooo hard to cut it out!!

The biggest challenge I have is tent camping and finding things that I can bring for 3 days that don’t spoil, because I can’t buy good organics in remote locations. Making dehydrated foods helps some, but they don’t always last.

my biggest challenge is travelling…..can i get my favorite vegan coconut creamer? kiwis that are ripe? (im addicted to kiwis)….vegetables that arent soaked in oil and butter? i can take enough supplies in my suitcase for a couple of days and then the challenge is ON. very difficult….and a deviation from the way i eat just makes me feel awful, bloated and brain fogged. the first thing i do wherever i arrive is seek out a good market nearby……

Biggest challenge is probably the cost. Choosing to eat raw, organic (or pesticide free), locally-sourced (when possible) veggies and fruit is expensive. When you add in the nuts, nutritional yeast, garbanzo flour, coconut flour, etc., the dollars really add up fast.

That being said, thank you for creating delicious recipes.

My biggest challenge is time, I couldn’t eat healthy and raw without planning for both meal prep and fresh produce shopping.

My biggest challenge is eating on the go, it’s difficult to plan every meal and snack for myself and 2 young children as Raw food is not readily available in my neck of the woods.

The biggest challenge for me is just to have the ideas of something wonderful and healthy to fix that is easy enough to manage after I get home from work. I am new to Raw and this website has been a huge help. I have Heavy Metal Toxicity and am really trying to eat as health and get as much nutrition out of our meals as possible. I love that you share so many recipes on the website with such amazing photos. This has really been a wonderful food journey with the help of cool websites like this one. Thank you so much for being there. I would really LOVE to get the books and will put them to great use every day.
