The ONLY reason I don’t eat raw & healthy is…the present cost of organic/ healthy foods available.

my biggest challenge is to overeat nuts. They’re delicious indeed. However, I wish I could discipline myself to use them in dishes instead of having them as snacks.

Our biggest challenge for eating healthy, is that nobody in my family really wants to eat healthy. Because they prefer cooked and processed foods, it can be really hard getting them to eat raw.

My biggest challenge to eating healthy:: making it a priority
For the most part, I’m pretty good as long as I plan ahead.

My biggest challenge is twofold: 1. I have three children and thus little time to do a lot of intricate preparation and 2. I have three children who are not necessarily impressed by healthy food (argh!), so I often end up having to do two slightly different meals.

biggest challenge to eating healthy is having time to prepare and cook. Have prepared raw dishes at holiday time for family and guests and they all enjoyed it. Feel so much better when I eat healthy.

First off, I’m super thrilled to know you’re doing a giveaway of your INCREDIBLE cookbook!
My biggest challenge in eating healthy over the past couple of years has to do with autoimmune symptoms cropping up if I were to eat certain things like grains, legumes, eggs, dairy…I can live without grains, legumes, and dairy, but eggs are quite difficult to ignore because they’re packed full of nutrients, not to mention they play a big part in coconut flour based cake recipes, even flourless brownies, and of course, omelettes, pancakes, and crepes.
Discovering your website definitely gave me new life in making egg-free cheesecake and other delectable desserts that are even better than the typical desserts.
Thank you again for putting forth the effort in creating these recipes and sharing them with us. Thank you again for doing this giveaway! Whoever wins it is super lucky.

My biggest challenge is that i am a breastfeeding mom to a super sweet special needs baby boy, also have a incredible energetic preschooler, i teach yoga daily and run our growing world wide company. Super busy and i am ALWAYS hungry so i often choose instant gratification when it congress to food.
