Rawmazing Cookbook Give-Away!
It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.
So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.
All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.
Contest is now closed.
The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.
*If you outside of USA, the contest rules that govern where you live will apply.

My biggest challenge is falling into a rut when I’m busy by not keeping enough variety in my food choices.

My biggest challenge would be the lack of time I have to prepare all these wonderful raw foods. I also live in a cold winter climate and I can’t help but crave hot soups and stews! I try to keep my raw food intake as simple as possible and try to limit my cooked food to dinner time.

My biggest challenge is planning! Sometimes it’s so easy to just pop into a store or restaurant and get something quick or pre made but taking the time to actually plan out ingredients and to take the time to MAKE things is totally worth it!

No challenges! I love eating healthy and even though I get a cheat meal once a week, I try to keep it within some healthy limits (it is my cheat). I find the easiest way to stay healthy is to meal prep. Every Sunday I prepare my lunches and dinners so I never feel the need to rush and find something to eat- no temptations to grab junk!

I love eating raw, healthy, wholesome nutrient rich foods, and feel clearer, brighter and more energetic for it.
I am ever fascinated to find new delicious recipes and inspiration.

My biggest challenge is listening (and hearing) what my body is truely asking for, rather than listening to the mind’s constant appraisal of good/bad, like/dislike, healthy/unhealthy etc.

Texture. Sometimes I need something with “good tooth”!
