It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.

So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.

All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.

Contest is now closed.

The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.

I find it a bit difficult when we are out and about or traveling. Preparing healthy snacks / foods to take along especially when flying can definitely be our biggest challenge. And, I know it’s not just a matter of advanced preparation, but more the willingness to do so. Being healthy is surely not for the lazy! 🙂

My challenge being on raw food is to actually keep that super high vibration constant. During or after a cleanse i stay in it for a few days and then i have to ground myself and relax and try to understand all the processes. Raw food is not just a simple diet. It goes beyond. In my moments of grounding i always open your blog and look for an awesome and exciting recipe. Thank you for the inspiration!

I used to get paid as a Raw Chef. Now that I am not surrounded by that community, I am eating the way I was raised. So, I guess a support system is what is lacking; self control. These Rawmazing Cook Books would really help. Thank you !

No challenge with the exception of finding that raw foodie minded person to share with.

My biggest problem to eating healthy is going to social events.

I love your recipes and would be thrilled to win your books. I have struggled my whole life, but find that when I am the most balanced by eliminating processed foods and sugars, I feel and look the best. I have always been an “all or nothing” person, but my objective in my life has now been to strive for balance and moderation and recognize that I can’t control everything. Not an easy feat for a Type A personality! I always look forward to your recipes. They are truly delicious. Thank you.

For me, it’s meal prep. I usually start out well, but then it falls by the wayside after about three weeks.
