It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.
So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.
All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.
Contest is now closed.
The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.

Hi there,
I have no challenges to eat healthy, it is my preference and always my first choice, the way I feel is all the reward I need from making this lifestyle choice.
Cheers
Elizabeth

My biggest challenge is that I don’t believe that I can actually succeed. I am 60 yrs old. and am morbidly obese, with of course all the challenges that go along with that, arthritis, chronic back pain, the list goes on. Every time I get and email with another new and exciting recipe I get all stoked about it and then of course I don’t have a printer so don’t end up getting from the computer to the kitchen to try out the recipe ha ha good heavens, yes, I would love the rawmazing “uncooked” Cook books. as a side note here I would also like to let you know that I also just love your energy,
your enthusiasm and honesty, literally your vitality just sort of jumps out of your emails at me and gives me that spark of hope. Thank you for all you do.

Trying to be healthier after a series of health issues. It’s a long learning process to change. Slowly I’ll get there.

First, thank you for all your wonderful recipes and posts. My biggest challenge to eating healthy is resisting all of the foods i used to eat, it seems as if the SAD foods are calling my name. It helps that I can make raw versions of many of these foods, especially your raw pizza recipe. God bless you and thanks again.

HI! My biggest challenge is creating time for prep work especially for raw foods, which i love making sooo much! Just that planning ahead for the prep snags me up, but i don’t give up. I always still only purchase organic & whole foods & maybe i don’t make the fancy recipe i had hope but i will just simplify to something easy until next time 🙂 thanks for all the good you do!!!

My biggest challenge in maintaining a healthy diet is when I eat something that is not optimum for me, even sometimes without my obvious realization that a food is not the best for me, it gets into my system and begins to call any and all of its “bad” comrades to come and play. That is when the cravings set in. I find I am so sensitive that straying one iota can lead me down a dark path!
