Giveaway! Rawmazing.com

It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.

So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.

All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.

Contest is now closed.

The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is to control my appetite. I have to keep in mind to eat healthy foods only, and not to binge on unhealthy foods.

The most challenging thing about eating healthy as a college student is the variability in my days. Sometimes I have time to be at home to make food, but other times, I’m on the run from sun up to far past sun down!

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is finding the time to care for myself when I, in fact, spend the majority of my day as a healthcare provider coaching others on how to care for themselves!

The biggest challenge is always the social situations! Going out to eat, going over to other people’s house, etc. I’ve overcome that in a few ways:
    1) I have them over to my house instead!
    2) I bring a dish to share when I go to other people’s house.
    3) I found that when you have a New Year’s resolution or a month-long cleanse then people are excited to support you in the challenge. So, therefore, they aren’t offended if I bring over my own dinner to eat. Of course, then it provides an opportunity to share raw foods with them – which everyone is curious about. So I make the best dinner and dessert I can and usually they love it! It always makes for GREAT conversation.

Your creations make life as a raw vegan fun, inspiring and interesting. Discovering your recipes posted online, are one of the reasons I went from vegan to raw. I look forward to providing scrumptious, impressive raw meals which I can serve to family and friends. I would be delighted to own a collection of your “culinary art,” to expand my education!

No challenges to eating healthily because one of the advantages to living on my own is that I am totally in control of what food comes into the house and fridge!
