i have enjoyed your forthright approach and honesty on your blog, and the recipes you share. Thanks for sharing, and for opening up this opportunity to win these wonderful cookbooks. I have eaten healthier these last few months than ever in my life, and have lost 27 pounds, but still have a long ways to go and appreciate recipes for great tasting foods that are healthy and family friendly. I find my biggest hindrance is needing to make things fo r myself that are different than what I feed my family. They are harder to switch over and aren’t interested in all the raw veggies I eat, so I want healthy, tasty, nutritious dishes to feed them, that are somewhat closer to how we used to eat.

My biggest challenge is being 50, overweight and trying all this new raw food… I love it, but need to learn so much more!

My biggest challenge to eating healthy isn’t eating the right foods. It’s that there are so many amazingly delicious healthy dishes that I can easily eat too much of the healthy foods I love! Thanks for all of the great recipes.

As a healthcare practitioner my children know full well and good how to eat to stay healthy, but that doesn’t mean they always want to. It’s a challenge to reproduce the tastes, textures and beauty of the foods they like into foods that they like AND that like them.

My biggest challenge with eating healthy, all the time, would have to be the financial aspect – and that in order the get the freshest, purest, and most wholesome foods, you really have to pay a good deal or invest 100% of yourself into creating such a lifestyle. It can be done, but it sure takes commitment. Hats off to those who live the dedication, every day!

I am extremely overweight and i tried the daniel fast and found out I felt better but have since quit it because I am not creative in my food preparing or meal planning. I found myself skipping meals because I was tired of lima beans.
