My toughest challenge eating raw and healthy is finding restaurants that give you the options on their menus.

My biggest challenge is having a 4 and 5 year old and trying to give them balance by allowing a bit of “junk” around and resisting temptation.

My biggest challenge is convincing my family to give up their old ways of eating. I love how I feel when I eat healthy and after dealing with some pretty serious health issues these past 6 months I am grateful to be feeling better!!

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is living in a country that doesn’t have a lot of accessible healthy options in the stores to prepare a lot of things, but I am coping by learning ways to afford ably get them here from the states. Living in a third world country has is benefits and challenges. I can get a lot of great fresh fruits , vegetables, and coconut water/oil. But the little things that make a huge difference in food preparation are difficult. I am overcoming and moving forward . That’s what challenges are all about.

My biggest challenge is to eating healthy is making time for food preparation instead of taking the fast and mostly unhealthy options!

My biggest challenge is creating quick, simple, delicious main meals. I love raw treats and have many go to options for those but proper food often gets no priority 🙂
