My biggest challenge is to find quick, easy raw food recipes what my kids and husband is willing to eat and my kids can take to school without being picked on.

Eating raw while eating out with friends is my biggest challenge.

My biggest challenge is my inability to say NO thank you to snacks or sweets when I’m visiting friends or traveling with my family. Once out of my home and comfort zone and my raw prep gadgets, I’m pitiful!! Aughhh…The excuses I make are pathetic! Lack of self-control I guess is the bottom line!

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is when all of my raw foods run out. It becomes easier to reach for processed foods until I get a chance to go shopping again. Trying to see how to find the balance. And a Valentine’s Day party at the job was not a big help. Thanks for the pantry list.

A traveler gets little assistance in the way of food sources, and preparation from what I can tell.

There is no challenge eating healthy for me as the way it makes my body feel is enough to keep me motivated, but if my body is craving something a little indulgent I come straight to Rawmazing to find something delicious with the guilt!

My biggest challenge is to love what I eat, keep trim and healthy, and to get enough vitamins and minerals in my diet for good health. Would love to teach and encourage people around me to do the same, far too many obese people, we need a whole new direction and education about food.

I have had many challenges over the years, but as I get older and my metabolism is not as fast as it used to be, is to stay away from the sugar, I live a healthy live, but at work we get these wonderful cakes, with white sugar in them and I can feel the craving when the time is getting closer to coffee break. I love raw deserts and cakes and would love to get the recipes book.
