My biggest challenge is doing the meal prep! I know that if I don’t make my lunch the night before I’m more likely to eat badly. I love by the motto ‘fail to prepare then prepare to fail’

Just avoiding the temptations, especially while at work. Junk food galore!

The hardest time for me is the that one special week before my period, my mind has only one thing on it – feed me sugar coated sugar dipped in sugar and topped with chocolate.

My biggest challenge is being prepared, working shift work with short change overs means I need to be spur orgainsed for days at a time! It’s such a shame that the most unhealthiest foods are sometimes the most convienent, whether it be from the work kiosk or late at night with no options!!

I enjoy eating a healthy diet and love my veggies! The beautiful colors that can be incorporated it so pleasing to the eyes and the stomach. It does take a lot of time to prep food but I think once you do it all the time it gets easier and the taste is the big payoff.
I love your website thank you for sharing it with us Susan.

There is no challenge in eating healthy for me, the way it makes my body feel is more than enough to keep me on track but if cravings do hit, Rawmazing is the place I come to make sure I can indulge in something delicious without feeling the guilt that comes along with regular desserts.

My biggest challenge is staying raw with my family who think it’s a waste of time ! I find it really difficult in producing raw tasty food that can be part of their meal without them noticing that 50% of their meal is raw! I have been following your recipes for a few years now and what to say how much I appreciate all your recipes and for all your time and effort that is put into producing such a great website

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is finding ways to make the food appealing for my husband, who is currently recovering from chemo and NEEDS the healthiest food I can provide!

My biggest challenge is being organized enough to get all the food prep done and not waste any of the expensive, organic produce I get from the farm.
