KitchenAid 5-Speed Blender Give Away!

This contest has ended.

I couldn’t help myself. I saw a video on how the KitchenAid blender beat both the Vitamix and the Blendtec blenders in a test. Considering it is about 1/4 to 1/3rd the price, I just had to get one and put it through it’s paces. So for the next few days, I will be blending and reporting. And on Friday…because I want you all to know how much I appreciate you, I will be giving it away! (Make sure you read the rules below or your entry won’t count.)

To enter, simply leave a comment in the comment section telling me why you are interested in raw food. It can be as simple as one word, or as long as you like. I will pick a winner on Friday with a random number generator and announce who won on Friday. Entries will close at noon on Friday.

So far, I am pretty darn impressed. This is what I am eating for lunch. Right this minute. Slurp!

Just wanted to say I stumbled across your site while doing research for a raw detox diet. I just wanted 7 days of recipes, and now I am obsessed 🙂 My blender isn’t quite cutting it, and the Vitamax’s are SO expensive! Here’s hoping you pick me for the gievaway, I would do the raw food proud! Thanks for everything you do, your website is so very helpful to both newbies and beyond.

Increasing my consumption of raw foods is the only way I have learned in the past years to change how I feel, how I process my energy and how food directy affects me. It is POWERFUL

I have been interested on and off with raw food for about the last year. A new blender would really help – right now I use a bullet-type blender in small batches.

I like raw food because it is fresher and easier on my stomach. I feel revitalized after eating it instead of sluggish.

I am interested in raw food because of the way it makes me feel.It makes feel better, I really see the difference in how I feel when I eat poorly and when I eat well. It makes me want to share what I have learned with others, it makes me glad and proud to see that not only do I see the change in me, but in my family as well.I am about to start 28 day detox tomorrow, which will not be easy, but it is all for the better. Best wishes to all!
