I had one full year of an unkown lower back extreme pain problem that kept me on bedrest for 6 out of the 12 months. I gained 65 pounds and the culprit causing my backpain was found and removed 3 weeks ago and I have just been released to exercise again actively. I am a vegan and feel better than ever with the past three days of outdoor activites with my 3.5 year old son. Life is GOOD. My goal is to continue my vegan lifestyle and lose all this weight as my body chooses to in its own time!

To continue learning new ideas for natural health. Diabetes runs in my family as well as heart disease. I’m hoping to keep them at bay with diet and exercise and am just starting on my journey.

My biggest problem is not yet a problem and I’m trying to keep it that way. Cancer runs in my family. My Grandmother had 5 kids and 3 of the 6 had Kidney cancer, thats 50%. I try to learn as much as I can on how to protect myself.

I wish that I can continue on a mainly vegan and raw diet, and serve as an example to my family so that they can thrive on this diet as well.
